春季昇級審査会／下波道場レポート

下波道場は1月18日(火)に春季昇級審査会を行いました。
今回はオミクロン株の感染拡大を受け小学校の先生方、児童、保護者の見学無しでの審査会となりました。
受審者は菊地 凪君(5年生)と中川羅以君(3年生)の二名です。
寒くて手足がかじかむ中、気合いを入れて「基本」「移動」「型」「体力」そして「組手」を無事にこなしました。
寒さと緊張する中で大きな声を出して最後まで頑張ってくれた二名の今後に期待します。押忍

寛之師範代の稽古日記 No.４

新年明けましておめでとうございます。
本年も宜しくお願い申し上げます。
本日（１月８日）は、年頭にあたり、移動稽古を中心に基本となる動作をご指導いただきにまいりました。
今回は移動稽古に関する疑問が解消しました。また、稽古指導の時の流れなど教えていただき大変勉強になりました。
今年も反復しながら、道場生へ指導していきたいと思います。押忍
